Return & Exchange Policy

At Majestic International, Customer Service is not just a Department, it is an Attitude !

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, simply return the item(s) for a $5 flat fee for an exchange or refund.


Returned items must be received within 30 days of the shipment date, and be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition, with the original tags attached from the Majestic International on-line store.

Complete the required information on the Returns Form which is located on the bottom portion of the shipping document that is included with the merchandise.

For your convenience we have included a prepaid domestic return shipping label with your order. Please use the enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records.

For U.S. Customers, Drop off your return package at either a FedEx Drop Box, a FedEx store, or at any other location that has regular FedEx pick up. Visit for locations.

For Canadian Customers, Drop off your return package at any Canada Post Office or Canada Post Drop Box.

You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, Majestic International will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We do not accept COD deliveries. If you are using an alternative shipping carrier, please ensure that the return is sent to one of the following addresses;

Majestic International offers exchanges for new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached.

Call 1-800-361-0385 to process your exchange by phone. We will place a new order with you by phone and send replacement merchandise immediately. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue your credit for the returned items. Just fill out the returns portion of the form in your package. Ship the product using the provided pre-paid return shipping label. Be sure to keep retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.


Please allow 15 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only, less the $5 Return Fee. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of the purchase date. We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on.
